I think Millennium must initiate diversity, inequity and inclusion because it is not a small dance studio any longer, it has huge amounts of fans, great influence and they can become a leader to make more and more people know about dancing. They can expand their influence in diversified students all over the world who might love dance but do not have resources. Millennium Dance Complex has a lot of resources to contact brilliant dancers all over the world. They can hold different kinds of dance activities for public benefit on a global scale. I think they can do that because they already have international influence.

 

Millennium constantly inviting stars to join their classes to share experience and dance, they could use this chance to expand its influence. They could not only shooting the dance video but also make some interviews, let them talk about how they practice dancing, what they feel about dancing and other valuable questions.

 

MDC’s target audience are young adults who just entered the society, do not have much experience. Those things are new to them. Millennium could focus more on becoming an icon, play a guiding role. Try their best to deliver young people more passion, energy, and creativity. Through different sharing activities, there are a lot of answers young people could find. As I mentioned before, their students are also brilliant, many students are very good at dance and even have fans. Millennium can create a channel that sharing some videos about their students who might have different roles in society but have the same role here, a dancer. Learning about how they balance their life, work, and hobby; what should we do to become confident; how to practice. They can influence more people to cope with difficulties or other stuff. Those kinds of activities make full use of their teachers, students, and resources to make some influence.

There is much world-scale huge dance contest in the world, like Red Bull BC ONE which was held by Red Bull company. Millennium also has an activity called the Carnival "Choreographers Ball". I think they can get involved in the hold-up tournament to convey their quality of being fair or impartial, fairness.
