We researched vaccine hesitancy and the influence of social media on the decision to get vaccinated among Hispanic generation Z. As we went deeper, we understood the pressure of life and work for Hispanic Gen Z. They care a lot about if the government is trustworthy. Suppose there is a social media platform to speak their languages that would help them turn to social media for advice. I realized why we need to promote DEI and why organizations and enterprises are responsible for DEI. It gives individuals a sense of identity no matter who they are. I think I have advantages in DEI. Because I have strong empathy, I am sensitive to emotional arousal.
