Quotations

“Dance Power” Party is different from the activity we did before, like let people passively be educated, be treated through science,” said Susan K. Gurley. “This is active let them talk and feel themselves. I hope through this activity, let more and more people cognize "It's a normal part of life to experience occasional anxiety" and begin to care about their mental health. This activity is not only for people who are struggling with their mental health also for everyone to popularize relevant knowledge.”

"I am so glad and honorable to collaborate with AADA to hold this meaningful activity; they have the most authoritative experts in mental health. We have the same goal of being inclusive to all. I hope dancing will give them healing or open the door for them to pursue and enjoy the thing they love, to find a way to release their pressure.” Said Ann Marie.

MDC
The Millennium Dance Complex is known worldwide as the premiere studio of the commercial dance world and is widely referred to as a ‘the place where it all happens’. Although the studio’s A-list clientele and a faculty of the most sought after dancers and choreographers in the world have catapulted MDC to a global brand, it still remains notably grounded, welcoming and dedicated to the highest level of service and instruction.

ADAA
ADAA is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention, treatment, and cure of anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders through the alignment of science, treatment, and education. Through education, outreach and special programs, ADAA is focused on reducing the stigma surrounding anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. We actively seek partnerships and alliances to increase our reach and impact with mental health professionals and the public alike.
